Jurors agreed today that Lisa Montgomery should be put to death for killing Bobbie Jo Stinnett and stealing her unborn daughter nearly three years ago.

Texas: A 5-year-old boy playing on train tracks fell and was unable to move before the train struck and killed him, police said.
Kevin Bradford and two other boys had sneaked past their grandmother to look for dinosaur bones on Thursday, police said.
Workers aboard the Union Pacific train traveling through the small North Texas town of Watauga saw the boys on the tracks but couldn't stop in time, Union Pacific spokesman Joe Arbona said.
Kevin's 7-year-old brother and 5-year-old cousin made it safely off the tracks and ran home. Kevin's foot got caught in the tracks and he fell, officials said.
Watauga Police Chief Rande Benjamin said Kevin's death was an accident and charges would not be filed. A report was sent to Child Protective Services for review.
Texas ranks second in the United States for pedestrian-train fatalities

A hearing with Britney Spears for custody of her two young sons with Kevin Federline was put on hold Friday by a court commissioner after a three-hour closed hearing.
She drove herself and wore a black print dress and cowgirl boots. Her brown hair was lightly streaked with blonde highlights . Federline arrived a few minutes after her, wearing a gray pinstriped suit and an earring in his right ear.
Both were required to attend the proceedings.
